Mr. Love D. "L.D." Hall, 77

CLINTON Mr. Love Daniel "L.D." Hall, 77, of 583 Share Cake Road, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 12 noon at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Roseboro with the Rev. Joseph Tew and Rev. Jeff Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow at Daniel Hall Cemetery. Mr. Hall was born on June 14, 1933 in Sampson County to the late George Martin and Ida Florence Autry Hall. He was preceded in death by his son George Daniel "Danny" Hall. He was a mechanic. Mr. Hall is survived by: wife, Viola Hall, of the home; two sisters, Lillie Byrd, of Clinton and Willa Dean Lucas, of Roseboro; two brothers, Henry Perry Hall, of Autryville and George Colon Hall, of Fayetteville; three grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 28, 2010 from 11:00 till 12:00 noon at Butler Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Willa Dean Lucas, 2129 Boren Brick Road, Roseboro.
