Loretta Karr (Spell) Faircloth

Mrs. Loretta Karr (Spell) Faircloth, 71 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Andy Wood and Rev. Larry McCarty.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

She was born in Cumberland County to the late Festus Carr Spell and Doris Elmore Spell.  In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by a brother, F.C. Spell, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Wade M. Faircloth of the home; son, Kevin Faircloth of Charlotte; daughter, Ashley Faircloth of Aynor, SC; grandson, Jackson Wade Durham; and a sister, Gail S. McLamb of Roseboro.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Long Branch Baptist Church, 2868 Minnie Hall Road, Autryville, NC  28318.
