Mrs. Lois Cheshire Greene, 85

CLINTON Mrs. Lois Cheshire Greene, 85, of 180 Southwood Drive, Clinton, formerly of Parkersburg, died Monday, September 24, 2012 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be at 4:30 P.M. Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Rev. E.C. Mattocks officiating. Burial will follow in the Parkersburg Cemetery in Roseboro. Mrs. Greene was born on December 24, 1926 in Bladen County to Edward and Sarah Guyton Cheshire. She preceded in death by her husband, Terrell R. Greene, her parents and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Camille Wilson and husband, Tony of Clinton, three grandchildren, Austin Wilson, Heather Wilson, and April Smith and husband, Edward Smith II, one great grandchild, Lexie Smith, one brother, Carl Cheshire and wife, Elizabeth of Asheboro, and one sister, Inez Russ of Kansas. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:30 P.M. prior to the funeral. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.The funeral will be at 4:30 P.M.
