Mr. Lloyd Eugene Drennan, 66

ROSEBORO Mr. Lloyd Eugene Drennan, 66 of 520 E. North Street, Roseboro, died on Monday, December 31, 2012 at Highland House of Fayetteville. The funeral will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Drennan was born on December 19, 1946 to the late Harold Leroy Drennan and Ruby Butler Drennan. He is preceded in death by his father, and one brother, Frankie Leroy Drennan. He was a veteran of the Navy and worked as an Engineer with Suny Stony Brook at New York State University. He is survived by: his mother, Ruby Butler Drennan of the home; and one brother, Larry T. Drennan of New York. The family will receive friends on Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 2:45 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church and other times at the home.
