Linda Sue (Harris) Faircloth

Mrs. Linda Sue Harris Faircloth, 71, of Roseboro, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church in Roseboro with Reverend John Hobbs officiating. The burial will follow at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 2:50 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church prior to the service.

Mrs. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Alvin Junior Harris and Mae Barefoot Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Perry Thomas Faircloth, Jr.

She is survived by a son, Anthony Faircloth and wife Jessica of Nichols, SC; a daughter, Erica Maclam and husband Shawn of Mooresville; three grandchildren, Daniel Faircloth, Harper Maclam, and Grady Maclam; two sisters, Gladys Williams and husband Frank of Elizabeth City, and Barbara Jackson and husband George of Turkey; and a brother, James Alvin Harris and wife Debra of Wilson.
