Mrs. Linda Wells Cain, 72

GARLAND Mrs. Linda Wells Cain, 72, of 13290 NC 242 N., died Wednesday, March 27, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Windsor United Methodist Church with Rev. Jonathan Mills, Rev. Chris O'Briant and Rev. Tim Reaves officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00P.M. prior to the funeral at the church. Mrs. Cain was born on January 15, 1941, in Sampson County to the late David F. and Annah Gilchrist Wells. She also is preceded in death by her husband, Ottis Lacy Cain and two brothers, Darius L. Wells and Franklin E. Wells. She was an x-ray technician and she and her husband, Lacy, were the former owners and operators of Ammon Grocery and Grill. She is survived by: one brother, James W. Wells of Raleigh. In lieu to flowers memorial may be made to Windsor United Methodist Church, 12863 Hwy 242 N, Elizabethtown, NC 28337. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home 401 W.
