Mrs. Letha Cashwell Wells

STEDMAN Mrs. Letha Cashwell Wells, 88, of 108 Hillsboro St., died Saturday, March 29 at Village Green Rehabilitation & Care Center in Fayetteville. She was a retired secretary and formerely worked at The Capitol Department Store in Fayetteville. She was born in Cumberland County August 31, 1919 to George Frank Cashwell and Lena Catherine Nunnery. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 31 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Dr. Phil Spears officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Wells is survived by two daughters, Judy Hairr of Stedman and Cathy McDonald of Fayetteville; one brother, Ronnie F. Cashwell of Fair Bluff; one grandson, Evan Hairr.
