Mrs. Lenna Street Holland Adcox, 81

FAYETTEVILLE

Mrs. Lenna Street Holland Adcox, 81 of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Haymount Rehab and Nursing Center.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am Saturday in the Chapel at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 11:30 am. Entombment will follow.

Born on August 7, 1935 in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Lenna Grantham Holland. She is also preceded in death by her husband, William Pete Adcox; and two brothers, Earl Holland, Rupert Holland.

She is survived by her son, William Perry Adcox of Lewiston, ME; grandson, Tyler Adcox and wife Sojourney of Ashland, OH; nephews, Michael Holland and wife Lisa of Stedman, William Holland and wife Nancy of Thomasville, Frankie Holland and wife Judy of Thomaston, GA; and nieces, Star Ricks and husband Don of Virginia Beach, VA, Pam Niles and husband Ron of Chesapeake, VA, Linda Dale and husband Dwight of Roseboro, Sylvia Rabin of Virginia Beach, VA.

The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for their care for Mrs. Adcox. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Amedisys Hospice, 30 Three Hunts Drive, ste. C., Pembroke, NC 28372.
