Mrs. Laura Alice Mccauley, 67

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Laura Alice McCauley, 67 of 3462 Beard Road, died Wednesday April 19, 2006 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 3:00 P.M. at Salem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Melinda Ivey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. McCauley was a native of Cumberland County and the daughter of the late Martin Culbreth and Eva Bullock. She was a Teacher's Assistant with Cumberland County Schools. Mrs. McCauley is survived by: two sons, Jeff McCauley of Raleigh, and Clifford McCauley of Hendersonville; one sister, Claire C. Sykes of Fayetteville; and three grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 until 9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman, and other times at the home.
