Mrs. Laura Irene Daniels, 71 of Salemburg, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Betsy Johnson Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Union Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Shane Berryhill and Mr. Chad Honeycutt officiating. The burial will follow at Autry-Daniels Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 10, 2026 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.

Mrs. Daniels was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Thomas Milton and Laura Bass Daniels. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Jerry Milton Daniels and Ricky Lynn Daniels.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Brad Rich and wife, April of Salemburg; and Brandon Rich of Salemburg; two granddaughters, Laura Kay Rich and Mollie Rae Rich; two nieces, Amanda Mason and husband, Michael; and Jill Shelton and husband, Nathan; her special friend, Ronald Bass and his two sons, Jason Bass and Phillip Bass.
