Mr. Larry Robert Martin, 61

STEDMAN Mr. Larry Robert Martin, 61 of 135 Hillsboro Street, died on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at his home. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at Calvary Tabernacle Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Johnson and Rev. Larry Autry officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Martin was born on May 25, 1949 in Sampson County to the late Clifton Worth and Inez Fann Martin. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Kay Edwards and Faye Spell. He worked as a Mechanic with Ft. Bragg. He is survived by: his wife, Cathy Tanner Martin of the home; four sons, Nicky Martin of Bethany, Derrick Martin of South Port, Gary Wayne Martin of Hope Mills and Andy Martin of Fayetteville; two brothers, Johnny Martin of Roseboro and Anthony Martin of Godwin; and four grandchildren, Jordan Martin, Caitlyn Martin, Jared Martin and Jordis Martin. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
