Mr. Larry Alton Farmer, 67

ROSEBORO Mr. Larry Alton Farmer, 67 of 914 Hitching Post Road, Roseboro, died on Friday, November 14, 2014 at his home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Four Points Church of God, 3772 Hayfield Road, Wade, with Rev. Michael Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Sessoms-Peterson Cemetery in Roseboro. Mr. Farmer was born on November 2, 1947 in Cumberland County to the late Henry Alton and Mollie Irene Ford Farmer. He was a maintenance worker with the N.C. Department of Transportation. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary Sessoms Farmer; adopted son, Augusta Reyes of the home; sister, Bonnie Hall and husband Hubert of Autryville; brothers, Henry Farmer and friend Carolyn of Creedmor and Elmer Farmer and wife Helen of Leland; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. at Four Points Church of God and other times at 727 Ford Road, Autryville.
