Mr. Larry Wayne Downing, 66 passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Bethesda Health Care in Eastover.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tuesday at the graveside prior to the service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Neil “Red” Foster Downing, Jr. and Rose Nell Rhodes Downing.
He is survived by his sons, Neil Downing, III & wife, Crystal of Fayetteville and Larry Wayne Downing, II & wife, Blaine of Angier; grandchildren, Neil Maddox Downing, Piper Rose Downing, Haylo Rain Downing, and one more on the way; and brothers, Ricky Downing & wife, Wanda of Fayetteville and John Downing & wife, Angie of Wilmington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethesda Health Care, 3532 Dunn Road, Eastover, NC 28312.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
