Mr. Larry Vinton Combs, 66

FAYETTEVILLE Mr. Larry Vinton Combs, 66 of 2235 Indian Creek Road, died on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Fayetteville. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Roseboro Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Morgan officiating. Burial will follow with military honors. Mr. Combs was born on June 28, 1946 in Mecklenburg County, NC, to the late Ivey and Beulah Watson Combs. He was Veteran of the U.S. Army and was a Warehouse Worker with the Community Food Bank. He is survived by: two brothers, Billy Combs of Milland City, AL, and Paul Combs of Eastover; and three sisters, Mildred Smith of Autryville, Mamie Parker of Charlestown, WV, and Louise McDonald of Greenville, SC.
