Lannie Stone Alphin

Mrs. Lannie Stone Alphin passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom Height & Sadie Lee Rogers Height; husband, Needom Bryan Alphin, Jr.; son, Wilton Braxton Stone; and daughter, Sadie Lanett Britt.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating by Rev. Andy Wood.   Burial will follow at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Kenny Alphin; son-in-law, Richard West; grandchildren, Jennifer, Melinda, Karen, Randy & Anthony Lewis & wife, Loretta and Lori Taylor & husband, Max; great grandchildren, Asisha and Rebecca Lewis, Zack Taylor and numerous other great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 1:50pm Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
