A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman.
He is survived by his mother, Robin Church and step-father, Gaylon Church; father, Kevin Ray Daniels, Sr.; children, Aeriel Marie Hubbard, Patrick Hubbard, and Gracie Daniels; brothers, Tyler Daniels (Ayana), Austin Daniels (Abby), and Bubba Church; significant other, Morgan Jackson; uncles, Mike and Ashley Haire; nephews, TJ Daniels and Levi Daniels; nieces, Rylan Clark, Braylee Daniels and Diana Daniels; and his special friend, Ryan Newman.
