Mr. Kenneth Robert Walters, Sr., 67 passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Dorothy Watts Walters; and sister, Sandra Kay Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Walters of the home; daughters, Melissa Spiller & Jason and Shannon Simmons & Jimmy; sons, Robert Walters, Jr. & Leslie and Lewis Shelton, III; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Walters & Gayle, Billy Walters & Cathy, Ricky Walters & Julie, and Jeff Walters; sisters, Deborah West & Al and Anita Geddes.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 28, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
