ROSEBORO
Mr. Kelvin Neil Faircloth, 48 of 6221 Roseboro Highway, died on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the E. Carlton Powell Hospice Center in Lillington.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Elizabeth Baptist Church at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Kim Strickland, Rev. Wayne Meadows and Rev. Michael Faircloth officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Faircloth was born on June 4, 1961 and was a native of Sampson County. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Marion Butler and Maggie Geraldine Parker Faircloth; and his first wife, Lelia Saunders Faircloth. He was the owner of Faircloth Fence Company and for the last several years worked with Court One of Virginia Beach, with special projects.
Mr. Faircloth is survived by: one daughter, Krystle F. Nyberg and husband, Michael of Rougemont, N.C.; one son, Brandon Faircloth and fiance, Katie Knoeller of the home; one granddaughter, Kaylynn Nyberg; two brothers, Marion Wayne Faircloth and wife, Jayne of Roseboro, and Charles Leon Faircloth and wife, Linda of Roseboro; two sisters, Margaret F. Norton "Second Momma" and husband, Jimmy of Roseboro, and Kathy F. Pope "Devoted Sister" and husband, Arnold of Roseboro; 4 nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon following the service at Elizabeth Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.
