Mrs. Kay F. Criss, 58

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Kay F. Criss, 58 of 1517 Stonewood Drive, died on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Duke Medical Center in Durham. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home with Rev. David Taylor officiating. Mrs. Criss was born on March 26, 1951 to Edward Lee and Mildred Reedy Finley. She worked as a Librarian with Fayetteville Technical Community College. Mrs. Criss is survived by: her husband, Steven Criss of the home; her daughter, Vanessa Stein and husband Daniel, of Winterville, N.C.; her son, Aaron Howell of Fayetteville; her mother, Mildred R. Finley of Fayetteville; her sister, Sue Bray of Middleburg, FL; her brother, Jerry Finley of Middleburg, FL; a sister-in-law, Jackie Finley of Middleburg, FL; and two grandchildren, D.J. Stein and Nicholas Stein. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2 until 3 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, in Stedman.
