Mrs. Kathryn Southerland, 80

WADE Mrs. Annie Kathryn Southerland, 80 of 4876 Wade Stedman Road, died on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Bethesda Health Care Facility in Eastover. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Center Baptist Church with Rev. Roger White and Rev. Rick Mondell officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Bluff Presbyterian Church cemetery in Wade. Mrs. Southerland was born on September 6, 1929 in Pickens, South Carolina to the late Silas Eugene and Ethelene Grant Cannon. She was a former Lab Technician with Rohm and Hass. Mrs. Southerland is survived by: her husband, Jerry Southerland of the home; two daughters, Kathy Southerland Stewart of Wade, and Debi Southerland Price of Willow Spring; four sisters, Margaret Coleman of Pickens, S.C., Mozelle Roper of Liberty, S.C., Linda Willoughby of Pickens, S.C., and Carolyn Turner of Pickens, S.C.; three grandchildren, Vicki Waiden, Philip Stewart, and Michelle Langdon; and five great grandchildren, Tristan Waiden, Grayson Waiden, Savannah Waiden, Ashlyn Langdon, and Ethan Langdon. The family will receive friends on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the church.
