Mrs. Kathleen Averitt Beasley, 88, of 3125 Cumberland Road, Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006 at Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2006 at 2 PM at Butler Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Humphreys officiating. Burial will follow at Fayetteville Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Beasley is survived by: son, John Thomas Beasley, of Fayetteville; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters, Addie Wingate, Dorothy Saxton, Lovinia Hall, Nova Lee Goetz and Eleanor Byrd; two brothers, Robert and Dan Averitt. The family will recieve friends Tuesday from 12:30 till 2 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
