Ms. Julie Dorcas Fisher, 41

AUTRYVILLE

Ms. Julie Dorcas Fisher, 41 of 1500 Pumpkintown Road, Autryville, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Friday, August 14, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Church of God of Prophecy, 1655 Mt. Carmel Church Road, Autryville, with Bishop Warren H. Barfield, Sr. and Rev. J.D. Tew officiating. Entombment will follow at the Church Cemetery.

She was born on December 3, 1973 in Cumberland County and she worked as a Nurse at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her father, Aaron Fisher; paternal grandparents, Herman and Grace Fisher; and maternal grandparents, Leroy and Carnell Autry.

She is survived by two children, Alaina Tippett and Caleb Tippett; her mother, Dorcas A. Fisher of Autryville; two brothers, Derek Fisher and wife Rhonda of Clayton, and Daryl Fisher and wife Hope of Autryville; aunt, Rhonda Autry of Autryville; uncle, Coleman Autry of Autryville; nieces and nephews, Mackenzie Fisher, Madison Fisher, Marlee Fisher, Wyatt Fisher, Miranda Autry, Banks Autry and Braston Autry; and her loving dog, Emma.

The family will receive friends 5:00 to 9:00 pm Thursday evening at the Family Life Center at Mt. Carmel Church of God of Prophecy, and other times at her home.
