Mr. Judson E. Horne, 68

AUTRYVILLE Mr. Judson Edgar "Jay" Horne, 68, of 4980 Autry Highway, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010 at his home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church in Fayetteville with the Rev. Sherrill Boykin officiating. Mr. Horne was a native of Sampson County and was an Army veteran. He was a manager with Goodyear Service Center in Fayetteville before retiring and was a member of Second Baptist Church. Mr. Horne is survived by: wife, Vickie Tousley Horne, of the home; two sons, Judson "Andrew" Horne, of Missouri and Daniel Trey Horne, of the home; two daughters, Brenna Harris, of Ray City, Georgia and Christie Horne, of Greenville; two sisters, Sue Henderson, of Blounts Creek, NC and Ann Stevens, of Hope Mills; four grandchildren, Mackenzie Harris, Caleb Harris, Madison Harris and Judson Horne. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 till 8 P. M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Second Baptist Church, 522 Person Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
