Mrs. Juanita Aguilar Faircloth, 76, of Roseboro, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Betsy Johnson Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Elizabeth Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Faircloth officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Mrs. Juanita was born on April 30, 1948. She was married to Marion Wayne Faircloth for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Juanita Faircloth was a loving and devoted wife to Marion Wayne Faircloth for over 50 years. She gave the greatest of herself to her husband and her children.  To her husband, her ministry of care in his greatest time of need, will always serve as a testimony to her faith, love, and compassion for others to follow.  Their love story was one for the ages. A powerful love that only grew with each passing day.  To her granddaughters she gave her time, laughter, and love in such a powerful way, that those experiences will forever live on inside their hearts and minds.  The handprints of those wonderful times with her granddaughters will resound far beyond this mortal life.  To her sons she gave continuous instruction on the ways of the Lord.  She always, to the remainder of her earthly days, counseled her children to walk with Christ, to study His most precious word, and make prayer a daily practice in all their ways and in all things.  Her greatest achievement will always be and has always been her Faith in Christ Jesus.  Through this faith she has gained all.  Her faith never wavered nor her eye dimmed to the will of God.  My mother, without ceasing, never stopped praying for our salvation.  To this I say, thank you.  Your prayers were not in vain.  All of us will see you in glory again one day.  Mom, we faced the most difficult moments of our lives together, you and I. Beginning to end, we faced them together. I………. we all look forward to a different day. No more challenges, hardships, difficulties, tears, and sorrow. Just peace, laughter, love, and no separation.  This is no goodbye, but a promise to see you again.  I will always be grateful for you. Welcome Home mom. It’s a new day and the beginning of your new life.  We love you, and I love you, your son Michael.

She is survived by two sons, Marion Wayne Faircloth, Jr. and Michael Faircloth; three grandchildren, Christopherson Faircloth, Zoey Faircloth, and Amelia Faircloth; and a daughter-in-law, Erma Faircloth.
