Joseph Bryan Hackler, 44 went to his eternal home on Sunday, November 27, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 12, 2022 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Pastor Joseph Ammons.  The family will have a private burial.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Bryan grew up in Sampson County being the son of Charlie “Chuck” M. Hackler, Jr. and Shearin Edwards.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie “Chuck” M. Hackler, Jr.; and baby brother, David Keith Puckett.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mom, Shearin Edwards & step-dad, Bobby Edwards of Garland; daughter, Alexiss Hackler; son, Dakota Hackler both of Georgia; brothers, Daniel and Mark Hackler of Autryville; sister, Jennifer Wilson (Kenny) of Stedman; niece, Amber; nephews, Ayden, Lucas and Seth; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Bryan to Faith Covenant Family Church, 1400 S. Elm Street, Dunn, NC  28334.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
