FAYETTEVILLE
Mr. Joseph Armand "Grover" Jandreau, 67, of 5300 Matt Hair Rd. died Monday, January 19 at his home of malignant mesothelioma. He was a retired production specialist for Goodyear where he worked for 33 years. He was born in Aroostook County, Maine to the late Delsie Jandreau and Alvine Morin Jandreau. He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Jandreau and a sister, Louise Morris.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, January 22 at Cumberland Union Baptist Church with Revs. John Blackman, Leon Keefe and Ray Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Jandreau is survived by his wife, Erness Hair Jandreau of the home; son, Mark Jandreau of Fayetteville; brothers, Claude Jandreau and wife Carol of Meriden, Conn., Felix "Phil" Jandreau of Easton, MA., and Edwin Jandreau and wife Jeannine of Terryville, Conn.; sister, Cora Pelletier and husband Reynold of St. John Plantation, MA.; brother-in-law, Claire Morris; sister-in-law, Norma Owen.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Wednesday, January 21 at Cumberland Union Baptist Church, 6957 Tabor Church Rd., Fayetteville.
