Mr. Johnny Hair Jackson, 57 passed away Monday, April 9, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Concord Baptist Church, officiating will be Rev. Larry West. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:45pm Thursday at the church prior to the service.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Eloise Jackson.

Johnny worked with Smithfield Packing Company for 22 years in the scheduling department. He was a member of Concord Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon, Leader of Brotherhood, Sunday School Teacher, Song Leader and Choir Member.

Johnny was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to so many people.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Jill Jackson of the home; son Johnathan Jackson & wife, Sarah of Chesapeake, VA; granddaughter, Ellie Jackson; sister, Mary Jo Smith and husband, Sam of Fayetteville and beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Johnny's name to Concord Baptist Church Building Fund, 7591 Concord Church Road, Autryville, NC 28318.
