Mr. Johnny Grey Godwin

AUTRYVILLE Mr. Johnny Grey Godwin, 64, of 319 John Nunnery Rd. in Autryville, died Sunday, November 18, 2007 at The Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center in Fayetteville. He was the owner and operator of Cashwell Refrigeration. He was born in Sampson County, the son of Paul Autry and Mamie Autry. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Godwin. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman officiated by Dr. Bob Phipps. Burial will follow at Autryville Church of God Cemetery. Mr. Godwin is survived by a daughter, Alicen Patterson of Stedman; two sisters, Patricia Bullard and Sereca Godwin, both of Autryville; a brother, Frankie Godwin of Autryville; and one grandson. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, November 20 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
