Mr. John R. Jessup, 63

ROSEBORO Mr. John Royal Jessup, 63 of 1120 Underwood Road, died on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at his home. Services will be held at later date. Mr. Jessup was born on November 2, 1946 in Duplin County to the late David and Clara Culbreth Jessup. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Vietnam War, and worked as a Mechanic with Black and Decker. Mr. Jessup is survived by: his wife, Virginia Margaret Jessup of the home; one son, Johnny Michael Jessup of the home; one brother, James Jessup of Roseboro; two sisters, Elizabeth Hall of Stedman, and Barbara Hobbs of Roseboro.
