Mrs. Joan Smith Hall, 55

AUTRYVILLE Mrs. Joan Smith Hall, 55 of 5651 Autryville Road, Autryville, died on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. The funeral will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Peter's Creek Baptist Church with Dr. David Bays officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Hall was born on September 6, 1957 in Sampson County to the late Levin Lorraine and Virginia Smith Smith. She worked as a Farrowing Assistant with Prestage Farms. She is survived by: her husband, Tony Hall of the home; her son, Chris Averitte and wife, Deanna of Stedman; her daughter, Angela Averitte of Willow Springs; two sisters, Debbie Bedsole and husband, Allen, and Sharon Medina all of Roseboro; and four granddaughters. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home.
