Mr. Jimmy Almon Williamson, 79 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Williamson Family Cemetery (2755 Culbreth Road, Fayetteville, NC  28312), officiating will be Rev. Jim Dickerson and Rev. Louis Pender.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Duffie Williamson and Geneva Melvin Williamson; son, Charles Fisher; sister, Rosa Lee Mason; and a brother, Oscar Williamson.

Jimmy was the owner of Williamson Construction Company for many years.  He also loved hunting, fishing, working, cooking, and most of all he loved his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 51 years, Patricia Williamson of the home; sons, Michael “Moose” Muse & wife, Sarah and Jimmy Almon Williamson, Jr. & wife, Catrina; daughter, Sylvia Williamson all of Fayetteville; sister, Agnes Burgette of Fayetteville; 8 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank 3HC Hospice for the loving care that they gave to Jimmy during his sickness.
