AUTRYVILLE Mr. Jimmy Wayne Ezzell, 56 of 285 Pauline Lane, Autryville, died on Friday, April 12, 2013 at his home. The funeral will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow at the Ezzell Family Cemetery. Mr. Ezzell was born on April 1, 1957 in Sampson County to the late Johnnie Laster and Virginia Walters Ezzell. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, David Ezzell. He was a carpenter. He is survived by: his wife, Doris Barbour Ezzell of the home; two sons, Jimmy Wayne Ezzell, II and wife Michelle of Autryville and Johnnie Laster Ezzell of Autryville; his father, Fred C. Collins of Supply; two sisters, Brenda Hubbard and husband Ray of Stedman and Joyce Shaut and husband Fred of Supply; one brother, J.R. Ezzell and wife Shelly of Supply; and four grandchildren, Austin Ezzell, Justin Ezzell, Katelyn Ezzell and Trenton Ezzell. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3:00 to 3:45 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church, 2300 Pleasant Union Road, Roseboro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Family of Jimmy Ezzell, 285 Pauline Lane, Autryville, N.C. 28318, to help offset expenses. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
