Jewel F. Stanley, 80 passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday, November 7, 2016 at Autryville Baptist Church, 425 East Williams St., Autryville, officiating will be Pastor Casey Welker. Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the funeral home.

She was born in Sampson county to the late, McKinley Blackman Autry and Hosie Myrtle Autry. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Rufus Stanley; sisters, Letha Cannady and Virginia Hoffman; and son, Darrell Stanley. She was also a longtime member of Autryville Baptist Church.

She is survived by son, Dwight Stanley and wife, Wendy; sister, Brenda Autry Grantham and grandson, Hayden Stanley.
