Mr. Jesse Mac West, 69

SALEMBURG Mr. Jesse Mac West, 69, of 2440 N. Salemburg Highway, passed away Sunday, Dec. 17, 2006 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006 at 2 PM at Calvary Tabernacle PFWB Church with the Rev. Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Mr. West was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late Felton and Mildred Lee West. He was a maintenance worker with the Cumberland County School System before retiring. Mr. West is survived by: wife, Blondell West, of the home; daughter, Sharon Lyn West, of Fayetteville; three sons, Shawn Maclee West, of Roseboro, Sheldon Heath West, of Middlesex and Sherill Dean West, of Kingsland, GA; two sisters, Ernestine Autry and Velma Carter, both of Autryville; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends Tuesday night from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
