Mr. Jerry Jay “Woo” Holder, 60 of Roseboro passed away on March 6, 2022 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Holder was a native of Cumberland County, the son of Jack Holder and Barbara Smith Holder.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary Holder.  He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his son, Adam Holder (Hali Ingram) of Mt. Olive; two daughters, Amanda Neal of Clinton and Jeri Lee Holder of South Carolina; two sisters, Sherry Maxwell of Fayetteville and Terry Kight of Georgia; four grandchildren, Eli Neal, Wyatt Neal, Mason Holder and Cali Davis.
