AUTRYVILLE
Mr. Jerry Maxton Honeycutt, 71 of 718 Baptist Chapel Road, Autryville, died on Friday, May 23, 2014.
The funeral will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Baptist Chapel, Autryville, with Rev. Alan Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Honeycutt was born on February 27, 1943 in Sampson County to the late Benjamin and Ruby Warren Honeycutt. He is preceded in death by: his parents; two sisters, Johnsie Miller and Ruby Doris Stevens; and one brother, Warren Dixon Honeycutt. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked as a sheet metal installer.
He is survived by: his wife, Ada V. Honeycutt; one son, Kenneth Faircloth of Washington State; two brothers, Hubert Honeycutt and Bennie Honeycutt both of Autryville; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
