Ms. Jerrie Ann Smith, 57 passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm Friday, February 16, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Pastor Samuel Pope. Entombment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park Mausoleum.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry David West and Stella Ann Matthews West and her husband, Charles Wayne Smith.

She is survived by her daughter, Natalie Smith Fieldgrove & husband, Kevin of Winder, GA and a sister, Wendy West Holder of Fayetteville.

The family will receive friends from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the funeral home.

Jerrie Ann loved life and loved her family.
