Jeremy is survived by his parents, James Lee Bullard, Jr. and Nancy Bullard; wife, Crystal Bullard; children, Haylee Shaw, Jordan Felton, Jeremy Bullard and Alyssa Bullard; and his brother, Jason Bullard & wife, Amber.
