Mr. Jeffrey Scott Hollingsworth, 38

Mr. Jeffrey Scott Hollingsworth, 38 of 621 Butler Rd. Salemburg, N.C. died Thursday, Nov. 30 2006 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hollingsworth worked for the N.C. Dept of Corrections as a prison guard. He also served his community as a Deputy Chief of Clement Fire Dept. Funeral services will be held Sunday Dec. 3, 2006 at the Union Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow the services at the church cemetery. Mr. Hollingsworth is the son of the late Dewey F. Hollingsworth, and is survived by his wife: Mrs. Cynthia L. Hollingsworth of the home and his Mother: Marlene Godwin Oldham of Godwin, two sisters, Sonya Miller of Clinton and Debbie Ball of Kinston, One Brother, Johnny Hollingsworth of Salemburg and his Grandmother Dorothy Hollingsworth of Salemburg. The Family will receive friends Saturday night, Dec. 2, 2006 from 6-8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
