For one to live is Christ (His life in me), and to die is gain (the gain of eternal life). I love you all. Cancer is an unlimited, cruel disease and relentless with no regard for its victims. It begins a journey of destruction, aggressively attacking and laying waste to what once was home to a beautiful soul. Before completing this trail of destruction, there is an empty shell holding a broken soul prisoner, prohibiting escape. At demise there is freedom for the soul to begin its solo journey, freedom from the devastated shell that held it to an earthly grave and finally freedom from its hold of your body.
With freedom there is peace and afterlife of glory with Jesus Christ who brought us through the turmoil and through the devastation of cancer, He, through the Father promises an everlasting life.
Cheers and thanks to the staff of the Blood and Cancer Center for their care and compassion during my current battle with the devil I call cancer (one of my personal devils). Their efforts are an inspiration and their medicine is of the highest quality. Strength, faith, self-respect, humor and teamwork are just a few of the positive results I received and keep with me.
Thank you to Doctors Nazir and Devasthali, Rebecca Forgach PA-C, Elizabeth, Dawn, and Kim and to those whom I cannot name. The entire unit has provided a needed remedy and weapon to defeat this disease and begin my journey home. They are my angels from the Father.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roseboro Church of God of Prophecy, 2334 Elizabethtown Highway, Roseboro, NC 28382.
