Mrs. Jane Aldene (Hall) Horne, 88 passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at her home.

Family will have a private service at a later date.

Jane was born in Sampson County to the late Theophilus Solomon Hall and Malissia Faircloth Hall. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her first husband, Captain Donnie C. Faircloth; second husband, Gillette S. Horne; son, Marshall Jason Horne; sister, Alma Ford; and her brothers, Earl and Randall Hall.

She was a longtime member of Long Branch Baptist Church, where she served faithfully in the WMU Group. She loved all of her family and her cats. Jane will truly be missed by her family and everyone that knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Sheila Frye & husband, Freddy, and Daphne Faircloth; grandchildren, Amelia Bryant & husband, Wayne and Glenn Frye & wife, Allison; great grandchildren, Charlotte, Adelynn, Daniel and Beren; brother, Theo Hall, Jr. & wife, Mae; sister, Elma Ortega & husband, Bart; brother, Oran Hall; beloved niece, Arletta Steiner & husband, Donnie; beloved nephew, Randy Hall & wife, Beverly; and her sister-in-law, Marlene Hall.
