Mr. James Marshall Williams, Jr., 34 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 3, 2023 at his home.

No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Williams was a native of Orange County, the son of James Marshall Williams, Sr. and Wanda Jean Powell Williams. He was preceded in death by his mother.

He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Shannon Williams and Serenity Williams; his son, Lucas Williams; his father and step-mother, James Williams and Ann Benton of the home; and six brothers and sisters, Kenneth Powell (Mary), Ryan Benton (Amanda), Elizabeth Benton, Charlie Williams (Kelli), Elijah Williams and Nina Williams.
