James Thomas Tart, Jr., known by many as Tommy, 63 of Wade sadly left us on January 30, 2024.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Center Baptist Church, officiating will be Rev. Clinton Reed.   Burial will follow at Royal Family Cemetery in Wade.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM Sunday at the church prior to the funeral.

James was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas Tart, Sr. and Betty Faye Stancil Tart.

James was a good man, and a fair man for both his family and his business.  He considered his 3 golden retrievers, Willow, Chance and Pinkie to be members of the family.  Together they would accompany him in his truck to the store, work, and family trips, where they all forged lasting memories.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Audrey Royal Tart; son, Jeremy Tart; daughters, Jordan Tart (Robert William Mills), and Kaitlyn Tart (Alex Martinez); grandchildren, Isabella Grace Tart and Adeline Riley Tart; sisters, Patricia Hinson (Marshall) and Tammy Johnson (Gale); and a brother, Christopher Tart.
