Mr. James Rodney Stephens, 75

AUTRYVILLE

Mr. James Rodney Stephens, 75 of Autryville died Friday, September 18 at Cape Fear Valley Rehabilitation Center.

He was a retired supervisor for the N.C. Department of Transportation.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 21 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Jeff Burkhardt officiating. Burial will follow in Fisher Cemetery in Stedman.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Stephens of the home; son, Chris Stephens (wife Elizabeth) of Autryville; daughter, Kim Hineline (husband Keith) of Autryville; sister, Sandra Autry of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; nieces, Connie Love and Candi Webster; nephews, Gary Faircloth. Joe Cane, David Cane and Michael Cane; grandchildren, Christine, Theresa, Jessica, Megan and Christopher; great grandchildren, Tila, Annebell, Alexis and Katelynn.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Sunday, September 20, at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
