James "Spanky" Lynn Barton

Mr. James "Spanky" Lynn Barton, 47 passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home.

A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00pm Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Jerry Groves.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 6:50pm Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny M. Jacobs and Sally Rouse Jacobs.

He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.  He also worked at Good Year Tire for over 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Barton; children, Darrell Wilson, Gary Wilson, Miranda Wilson Buchanan and Dylan Wilson; step-mother & father, Robin E. Barton and Irving Barton; sisters, Paula B. Horne & husband, Wendell, Tammy B. McKim & husband, Kevin, Angela B. Hersh and Sophia J. Cody; brothers, Jimmy G. Barton and Codi A. Jacobs; and grandchildren, Briana, Jayden, Jarred, Emerly and Daniel Wilson & Kya Buchanan.
