FAYETTEVILLE
Mr. James Arthur Harter 69 of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, September 15 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20 from 1-4 PM at 3232 Princess Ann Drive, Fayetteville.
Mr. Harter is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Skipper; two sons, John Harter and James Harter; and five grandchildren.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman NC.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20 from 1-4 PM at 3232 Princess Ann Drive, Fayetteville.
