Mr. James "Frank" Franklin Williams, 87 went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 11, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Clement Baptist Church, officiating will be Rev. Scott Keith.  Burial with military honors will follow at Maxwell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM Wednesday at the church prior to the service.

Frank was born in Sampson County to the late Lloyd Williams and Roetta Starling Williams.  He is also preceded in death by a son, Jay Williams; sister, Rosa Draughon Warren; and a brother, Bobby Williams.

Frank was a veteran of the United States Army, a longtime member of Clement Baptist Church, and was a row crop and livestock farmer for many years.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 66 years, Gealda Williams of the home; son, David Williams & wife, Lisa of Eastover; daughter, Jill Williams of the home; grandsons, Brock and Rylan Williams; and a sister, Birshal Poole & husband, Bob of Charlotte.
