Mrs. Isadora Williams Staton

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Isadora Williams Staton, 80, of 3269 Gilbert Rd. died Monday, March 3 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She was a nurses aide. She was a native of Nash County and was the daughter of the late Joel Elijah Williams and Zoma Grace Rose Williams. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, March 6 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Randal Strickland officiating. A graveside burial service will take place at 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 7 at Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount, NC. Mrs. Staton is survived by two sons: Randall Idol and wife Julie and Michael Idol and wife Janet, all of Fayetteville; two sisters, Virginia Bradley and Grace Peele of Rocky Mount; one brother, Herbert Williams of Whitaker; five grandchildren, Travis W. Idol, Tracey M. Ewart, Jennifer Idol, Michael Idol and Jonathan Odom. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening after the memorial service.
