Infant Addison C. Culbreth

FAYETTEVILLE Addison Cali Culbreth, infant daughter of Christopher and Kristy Culbreth of 262 Rock Hill Rd., died Thursday, November 19 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, November 23 at Evergreen Baptist Church with Rev. Odell Peterson and Rev. Randal Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In addition to her parents she is survived by: maternal grandparents, Glenn and Karen Melvin of Autryville; paternal grandparents, Harry and Kathy Culbreth of Fayetteville; great grandmothers, Magdalene Melvin of Autryville and Oleta Matthews of Wade. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M., Sunday, November 22 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
