Huey “Bucky” Fulton Dorman, 90 went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 23, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family.

Celebration of Life service will be announced soon.

Bucky was born in Harnett County to the late Herbert and Merlen Dorman. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his sisters, Emma Ruth Dorman, Helen Jean Bullock and Margaret Ann Moore; and his granddaughter, Jessica Dorman.

He owned and operated HF Dorman Plumbing Company for 41 years. Bucky loved his family and friends, and will be truly missed by all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Leois Faye Dorman; daughters, Debra Dorman, Vickie Nunnery, and Trina Dorman; grandchildren, Jonathan Cockrell, Erika Gist, Cari Oakley & husband, Colin, Alison Haney & husband, Bobby, and Brandon Nunnery & wife, Courtney; and 9 great grandchildren.
